At Appraise Fire Engineering (AFE Consultants), we’re agile meaning we’re able to deliver our services quickly and efficiently for our clients. We deliver helpful and practical solutions for projects of all sizes to clients in a multitude of sectors.
Here’s a breakdown of our fire engineering approach so you know what to expect when you choose us:
Step 1 - We’ll learn more about your requirements
When you make initial contact with us by phone, email or via the contact form on our website, we’ll take note of your requirements and we’ll record this on our project management software system, where one of our expert fire engineers will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Step 2 - We’ll devise a plan of action
Once your enquiry is in our system, one of our dedicated fire engineers will contact you to clarify the scope of work required. This may involve a series of face-to-face meetings, phone calls and document exchanges. From this, we’ll put a plan of action into place and we’ll supply you with all the relevant documentation including reports and drawings.
Step 3 - We’ll provide you with a quote
After we’ve discussed with you the best course of action, we’ll provide you with a formal quotation which we’ll send to you via email. This will include a table of deliverables such as drawings and reports for example. We’ll also follow up with a phone call so we can answer any questions you may have.
Step 4 - We’ll begin implementation
When you’re happy with the quote we’ve provided and you’ve formally accepted, we’ll begin implementation of the work as discussed with you. All work we carry out will be completed to a high level of professionalism and we’ll aim to keep any disruption to a minimum. We’ll also ensure that at every stage you’re in compliance with all relevant regulations.
